Mariana Bridi da Costa, Brazilian top model’s dream to stabilize her footmark in the fashion world stage has vanished. This beautiful and talented model died on age 20. By the dawn yesterday (24 / 1), Miss World’s finalist in two consecutive years, 2006 and 2007 closed her eyes forever. Amputation of two da Costa’s feet and hands can not afford to save her life from death.

How sad looking, many times she won the beauty contest in the country. In fact, she twice represented Brazil in the Miss World event. In 2006, she succeed became the best in swimming suit. A year later, she became the fourth best in the selection event in Miss World Pageant. All agency was interested to her. They certainly like her because she is beautiful.

Suddenly the wheels of da Costa’s life turned dramatically since December 2008. She started feel pain. Doctors diagnose da Costa affected urinary infection. The more severe the pain, and even develop into septicemia. Diseases due to bacterial infection is causing the flow of blood to the muscles not smooth and paralyze the body’s organs. Since then, she can only sprawl in the hospital Dorio Silva in the State of Espirito Santo, Brazil. In fact, even to breathe, she must be assisted with a respirator.

Doctor amputated the hands of this beautiful model. However, the bacteria in the body of da Costa more violent. So her two legs had to be amputated. Not only that, some parts of da Costa’s stomach and kidney were amputated to reduce bleeding in the body. Many people from all over the world gave their sympathy to her.
