HAVE A NICE SLEEP

The quality of sleeping is needed to optimize the productivity and the next day so that someone more fresh. So, sleeping is also having important role for your beauty.
These are some tips to get nice sleeps.

1. Sleeps on the same hour every night.
Always sleep on the hour and get up at the same time. With so, the biological clock will also run steady.

2. Environment must be comfortable.
A comfortable sleeping environment is actually varied depending on each individual taste.
But the most important is that a sleep environment that should be quite comfortable and quite dark.

3. Do not hunger or satiety.
Do not sleep when your stomach is starving or is even so full.

4. Avoid nicotine three hours before bed.

5. Stop caffeine 9-12 hours before bed.

6. Prepare your self to sleep one hour before.
Start to change clothes, clean face, brush the teeth and so forth.
One hour of time that should be filled with activities that are relaxing. Do not activities that are excited.
