Proper Eat Schedule for Dieters

Diet means eating proper food at the proper time. Here are the schedules:

06.00-09.00 am
Have breakfast at this time. Breakfast is the most important primary schedule than lunch and dinner. So do not ever leave the breakfast. To be perfect, to serve breakfast foods for high protein food such as that will help you through the morning without feeling hungry, the strain. If you’re the type who need carbohydrates, eat fresh fruit or oatmeal but without sugar, raisins, and cream.

10.00-11.00
If you feel hungry before lunch time, for example at 10:00 to 11:00, you can eat snack. Low-carbohydrate food snack such as yogurt.

12:00 - 14:00
Enjoy your lunch. You can enjoy a complete balanced meal that contain protein (meat, chicken, or fish), carbohydrate (salad), and a little healthy fat from nuts - peas or olive oil.

15.00-16.00
Around 16:00 when not at dinner time, but you feel hungry, you should consume foods that contain carbohydrates such as broccoli, spinach steam, or an apple.

17:00 - 20:00
Enjoy your dinner. Make dinner this evening to enjoy the food, and comparable with some types of foods that contain protein, carbohydrate, and less fat.

21.00-06.00
This is the red zone! You should think twice if you want to enjoy the food at this hour.
